- Uses an unpaid voucher
- Uses a Member recognition (i.e. Member points, birthday ticket, free AL Presents)
- Makes a purchase at the café, retail, and/or concessions. (You will earn points for your purchases, but not a visit.)
Tickets purchased in-person at the theater will count toward the total Visits on your Arclight Membership account, but the individual showtime is not listed in your online Account History. It is still accounted for in your total Visits, the films and showtimes for tickets purchased in-person just don’t appear in the online listing.

Birthday tickets
Silver Circle tier Members and above receive one free birthday ticket – our gift to you! Birthday tickets are added to your account the morning of a Member’s birthday and are valid for 30 days.
Renew Membership
To avoid any interruption with your membership benefits, set your account to automatically renew on your membership anniversary by selecting “Auto-Renew” in your account preferences.
To manually renew your membership, login to your account at ArcLightCinemas.com or at any of our Arclight Cinemas locations within one month prior to anniversary expiration date.
Earn & redeem points
Earning points: Members earn:
- 5 points for each child ticket purchase
- 10 points for all other paid ticket types
- 1 point for every $1 spent at concessions, café, coffee bar, or gift shop. [Note: This excludes alcohol, gift cards, Membership, gratuities, and tax.]
In order to earn points in-person, present your Membership card or provide your phone number before completing the transaction in order to receive points and/or visits credit for your purchase. Kiosk purchases require a Membership card.
If you are making a purchase online, be sure to log in to your Membership account prior to completing your transaction.
Redeeming points: Members can redeem points from a variety of exciting perks & offers:
- 50 points for a $5 credit at concessions, café, coffee bar, or gift shop. This includes a free item up to $5, or $5 off an item which costs more than $5. This reward must be redeemed in-person.
- 250 points for a free movie ticket (excluding special engagements & private events). This reward can be redeemed in-person and online, when you log in to your Membership account at ArcLightCinemas.com.
